Join us on Sunday, September 14th (rain date 09/21) from 11:00-5:00pm on the Rose Kennedy Greenway (191w Atlantic Avenue Boston, MA 02110) as 40,000 New Englanders flood the greenway to enjoy our region’s finest food. The festival features a multitude of activities to participate in, nearly 100 food vendors, free samples, chef demos, a Family Fun Zone, a thrilling Seafood Throwdown, and our New England Village. The Boston Local Food Festival has become a Boston tradition, boasting the character of New England’s thriving food culture. As one of New England’s largest one-day food events, the festival is a can’t-miss celebration of our NE community.
In addition to nearly 100 food vendors with cuisines from all over the world, we are excited to share our Festival Highlights:
The Seafood Throwdown, where two chefs race through the festival to create stunning seafood dishes for the judges.
Chef Demos at the Clarke Kitchen, showcasing our vendors in action with free tastings for attendees.
The Family Fun Zone featuring open movement, learning, playing, face painting, lawn games and interactive exhibits from The Trustees Adventure Van, Boston Public Library’s mobile bike library, and more.
FSNE’s New England Village educates festival-goers about their 50-by-60 Food Vision: By 2060, 50% of the food consumed in New England is produced in New England.
We can’t wait to see you this year for more food, fun, and community celebration!
